LiveHDCams is committed to compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations, where applicable. This statement explains our approach to age verification and records.
Statement of Compliance
To the extent LiveHDCams produces or hosts content that might be subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, we ensure that performers are of legal age at the time of production and that records are maintained in accordance with the law.
Producer Definition
For purposes of 2257, a «producer» may include entities that create, publish, or digitally remaster visual depictions. Depending on the nature of content and the parties involved, producers are responsible for maintaining records.
Record-Keeping
- Copies of government-issued IDs verifying performers’ ages.
- Consent forms and production dates, where applicable.
- Cross-reference indexes to identify performers to specific depictions.
Location of Records / Custodian
Records, where required, are maintained by our designated custodian of records and may be available to authorities under lawful request. Contact: compliance@livehdcams.com
Age Verification
We require age verification procedures for performers appearing in content that could be subject to 2257. We do not knowingly allow minors to appear in any such content.
Exempt Content
Certain content, such as non-sexually explicit material or content provided by third parties acting as independent producers, may be exempt from 2257. In those cases, the applicable producer is responsible for compliance.
