We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to submit a notice and how we handle counter-notices.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on LiveHDCams infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Actions We May Take
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your contact information and a signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed court action within the time required by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, at our discretion and consistent with applicable law.
